Nebraska transfer King Frazier took the handoff, started up the middle, found it clogged, bounced outside to the right, saw daylight, and sprinted for the pylon from 25 yards out. He scored the winning touchdown on the first play of overtime as five-time defending national champion and top-ranked North Dakota State beat Top10 foe Charleston Southern 24-17 in a season opener.
It was the first overtime game in FargoDome history.
Charleston Southern missed a 51-yard field goal try on the last play of regulation.

Defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad and linebacker Jermaine Grace have been kicked off the Miami Hurricanes for NCAA violations. Both would have been starters.
For months the players had access to luxury rental cars.
