Clemson Tigers 2016 Schedule

**  National runner-up Clemson didn’t face a particularly tough schedule in 2015, and the Tigers won’t often be under the gun this season either.  Some might say they’ll face only one real test, though coforepr  will call it two.  Clemson’s schedule is below, with the toughest games highlighted in orange and other challenges in italics.  Led by coach Dabo Swinney and a Heisman Trophy candidate at quarterback in Deshaun Watson, the Tigers could again run the table.

September 3      at Auburn
September 10    Troy
September 17    South Carolina State
September 22    at Georgia Tech                (A Thursday night game on the road.)
October 1           Louisville          (5-loss Cardinals dropped 2 games by 3 and a 3rd by a touchdown.)
October 7           at Boston College             (A Friday night game on the road.)
October 15         North Carolina State
October 29         at Florida State                 (It could be two unbeatens going at it.)
November 5       Syracuse
November 12     Pittsburgh
November 19     at Wake Forest
November 26     South Carolina

**  This is one of the easiest Novembers any Top 25 team will face.
