Punters Killed After Clinic

**  After coaching at a kicking clinic in Wisconsin over the weekend, Nebraska punter Sam Foltz, 22, and former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler, 24, were killed in a car crash late Saturday night.  Louisiana State placekicker Colby Delahoussaye, 21, was injured in the single-vehicle accident.

**  Sadler was driving.  A wet roadway and speed contributed to the deadly mishap.

**  Nebraska’s team did not attend Big Ten Media Days in Chicago this week as they’d planned.

**  Foltz started for three years at Nebraska; in 2015 he was the Big Ten’s punter of the year, averaging 44.2 yards per punt.  He was on this year’s Ray Guy Award watch list.  Sadler started for four years at Michigan State and was four times an academic All-American.  His final college season was 2014.  He would have started classes at Stanford Law School this fall.
